Faith Matters: Webinar on Civil Discourse in the Midst of the Toxic Norm

In times of division, how does faith play a role in having the hard conversations of 2024 and taking a stance on social, political, and national issues?

Join us for a conversation to be facilitated by Co-Founder of the Abbey Rev. Tom Hotchkiss between three influential minds. Our speakers will be Professor Emerita from Agnes Scott College, spiritual director and author Lerita Coleman Brown, a distinguished scholar on the life and work of the activist and Christian mystic Howard Thurman; Commentary editor for the Dallas Morning News Ryan Sander whose journalism monitors our national Christian faith and culture; and Episcopal priest and psychotherapist Eric Liles, currently serving at Good Shepherd Church and practicing in Dallas.

The webinar will be hosted on Thursday September 5th from 7 PM - 8:30 PM on Zoom.
