In this slow, soulful retreat, we will explore hand stitching as a form of prayer —- each stitch an act of worship, each thread or fabric a quiet soul connection.

No sewing experience needed; just a willingness to slow down, be still in God’s presence, and create with God in mind.

Rachel Larlee, artist and friend of The Abbey, created and will facilitate the workshop at The Abbey’s White Rock Lake location, Church of the Good Samaritan, 1522 Highland Road.

Saturday February 21st from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.

Cost: $65 per person (includes refreshments and materials including take home materials).
