The Contemplative Pause - “Quiet processes, small circles, and old souls…”

The Contemplative Pause is a short podcast designed to help you pause in the middle of your week, in the middle of your busy life; and briefly think about who you are, if there really is a God who knows and loves you, and how that knowledge might change you and move you forward.

This is episode four of our 2023 Lenten series.  This series features conversations with a few friends about some of their recent contributions and how they reflect the contemplative life or contemplative way of searching and listening for God.

Episode 4 is entitled Quiet processes, small circles, and old souls… and features Dave Booram. Dave and his wife Beth are friends of the Abbey on Lovers Lane and founders and “co-hosts” of Fall Creek Abbey in Indianapolis, IN.

Dave has over 40 years of ministry experience with an M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He is a spiritual director, a retreat leader, and an author.

His most recent book is entitled Old Souls: Ecclesiastes Transposed from the Voice of the Eternal. It is available through the website for Fall Creek Abbey at https://www.fallcreekabbey.org/shop or on Amazon.

Please take a listen to today’s --- wait for it --- Contemplative Pause.  Blessings on your way.
