The Contemplative Pause - “What makes you come alive”

The Contemplative Pause is a short podcast designed to help you pause in the middle of your week, in the middle of your busy life; and briefly think about who you are, if there really is a God who knows and loves you, and how that knowledge might change you and move you forward.

This is episode one of our 2023 Lenten series.  This series features conversations with a few friends about some of their recent contributions and how they reflect the contemplative life or contemplative way of searching and listening for God.

Episode one is titled “What makes you come alive” and features Dr. Lerita Coleman Brown. Lerita is a friend of the Abbey, professor emerita at Agnes Scott College, retreat leader, spiritual friend, and author. Lerita’s most recent book is entitled: What makes you come alive: A spiritual walk with Howard Thurman. It is available online through Amazon and other booksellers.

Please take a listen to today’s --- wait for it --- Contemplative Pause.  Blessings on your way.
